A computational platform for antigenic surveillance of the influenza A(H3N2) virus based on the HA1 protein sequence. It includes four modules:

  • Antigenic variant determination: determine the antigenic variant based on HA1 protein sequence
  • Antigenic cluster inference: infer the antigenic cluster based on HA1 protein sequence
  • Antigenic world map: display the antigenic cluster distribution in the world map
  • Antigenic cluster dynamics: display the antigenic cluster dynamics in a country/region
