A database of 305 pairs of mammalian virus-host receptor interaction, which included 138 unique viral species/sub-species and 144 receptors, are curating by Peng Lab. We analyzed the structural, functional, evolutionary and tissue-specific expression characteristics of mammalian virus receptors, and provide some new insights into viral receptor selection and identify viral receptors (see more details).
