PREDAC-H3不仅能够实现从流感病毒的HA蛋白序列出发预测病毒间的抗原关系和病毒的抗原类组成,
而且还能实时地展示病毒在世界上每个国家的抗原流行动态。 它是第一个从病毒的基因序列出发
实时监控病毒抗原动态的在线服务器。

2.PREDAC-H5

PREDAC-H5能够实现从HA蛋白序列出发预测高致病性禽流感H5N1病毒的抗原变异情况。
该工作发表于《Infection, Genetics and Evolution》。

3.PREDAC-FluA

PREDAC-FluA能够对所有的HA亚型(H1~H16)实现从HA蛋白序列出发预测病毒间的抗原关系。

4.基于大数据的传染病防控策略

结合传染病防控的现状与基因组方法,互联网技术和大数据技术,我们提出防控传染病的新思路:
通过传统传染病监测网络与互联网技术相结合,迅速发现并确认新发传染源,然后通过基因测序
技术与大数据技术对传染病的发生与发展动态进行建模, 预测其未来发展态势,为传染病的防
控提供指导。相关成果发表在2015年刚改版的《Science Bulletin》的第一期。
