This is to show the information, including the accession number, strain name, isolation time and country, and the predicted antigenic cluster, for all the viral sequences of human influenza H3N2 virus used in this platform. They were mainly derived from the database of Influenza Virus Resource and GISAID. For protecting the rights of data owners, the information for viruses from GISAID database are not shown here, although they contribute much to this platform.
